Provided by Funerals & Tech Limited. This Pricing & Refund Policy forms part of the agreement between you and Funerals & Tech Limited. Read it alongside our Terms and Conditions at fyldit.com/legal.
1. Plans
One paid plan is active at launch: Personal+. Every account begins with a free first month; if you do not upgrade, your account continues on a limited free account. Family plans will be introduced at a later stage, and an Enterprise plan is coming soon for organisations.

Prices are shown in USD. An AED equivalent is shown at sign-up and on the billing page. All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
2. Free Month
Every new Personal+ subscriber receives their first month free. No credit card is required to start.
After the free month, your subscription continues at $3.99/month or $39.99/year depending on the billing cycle you selected. You will be notified before any charge is made. If you cancel before the free month ends, you will not be charged.
You are not required to upgrade. If you choose not to move to a paid plan, your account stays live as a free account, limited to 5 notes, 3 documents and 100 MB of storage. If you are holding more than this when your free month ends, our downgrade and data-handling process in Section 8 applies, including a grace period to download anything held above the free limits.
3. Storage Add-On
Need more storage? You can add storage to any plan:
- +10 GB for $0.99/month per batch
- Works across all plans
- Can be added or removed at any time from your account settings
4. Annual Plan Saving
Choosing annual billing saves approximately 17% compared to paying monthly. The annual price is $39.99/year versus $3.99/month ($47.88/year).
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit or debit card details. We accept major credit and debit cards as supported by Stripe.
By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the start of each billing cycle. If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect the outstanding amount. If payment remains unsuccessful, we may suspend your account until the balance is resolved.
6. Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. There is no long-term contract: monthly plans are billed month to month, annual plans are billed once per year.
If we increase the price of your plan, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. You may cancel before the new price takes effect. Your current billing period will be honoured at the old price.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then.
After cancellation, your account is downgraded and a grace period begins during which you can download your data. You will receive reminder emails during this period.
After the grace period expires, content exceeding the limits of any remaining plan will be permanently deleted, oldest items first.
8. Downgrade and Data Handling

9. Refund Policy
9.1 General rule
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described below.
9.2 Cooling-off period
Where applicable consumer law provides a right of withdrawal or cooling-off period (for example, 14 days in the EU and UK), you may cancel within that period for a full refund of unused service time. If you requested immediate access during the cooling-off period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the time and features already used.
9.3 Service issues
If you experience a material defect in Fyldit that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a proportionate refund. Contact support@fyldit.com with details.
9.4 Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you are charged in error or charged twice for the same period, contact us and we will issue a full refund of the erroneous charge within 14 business days.
9.5 How to request a refund
Email support@fyldit.com with your account email address, the charge in question (date and amount) and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 14 business days. We aim to handle all queries fairly and promptly.
10. Billing FAQ
What happens after my free month?
After your first month, your plan continues at $3.99/month or $39.99/year depending on what you selected. You will be notified before any charge is made.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel from within your account settings at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly plans are billed month to month. Annual plans are billed once per year. No lock-in.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Your first month is free and no credit card is required to create your account and start using Fyldit.
Do you offer refunds?
See Section 9 above. Contact us at support@fyldit.com if you have a billing concern.
11. Invoices
Invoices are generated for each payment and are available in your account settings under Billing. They include the date, amount, plan, payment method (last 4 digits) and applicable tax information. Invoices are also accessible through the Stripe customer portal.
12. Currency
Prices are quoted in USD. An AED equivalent is shown at sign-up and on the billing page. Your card issuer may apply currency conversion fees if your card is in a different currency. We are not responsible for those fees.
13. Account Suspension for Non-Payment
If a payment fails, we will attempt to collect the amount due. After repeated payment failures, we may suspend your account. You can reactivate by updating your payment method and settling any outstanding balance. If your account remains suspended for an extended period, we may treat it as a cancellation and begin the downgrade and data-handling process described in Section 8.
